The Challenge

The client approached us with an idea to create a platform that would serve the hiring needs of recruiters across Canada and US. The main difference of the product from available analogs would be its direct work with hiring companies and not another app for job search. The focus on collaboration with hiring companies could speed up the overall hiring process for companies in North America and would help HR specialists receive more bonuses from every hired candidate.

The Solution

Within a really short period of time, DashBouquet managed to create an application that supports the full-cycle hiring process: from creating and posting a job offer to hiring a candidate and approving the offer. A company representative can manage the status of the candidates, offered by HR specialists, through a personal Dashboard. The platform also has an option to communicate with other users through messages and share files and it can send notifications to the users on the configured events. Notifications work both as push notifications within the app and as email notifications. Our team also added an admin panel where users can help the clients (both recruiters and candidates) with document management, job offer management, and payment management.

The Results

DashBouquet designed an application with an easy user interface and rich functionality that 100% corresponds to the client’s requirements. The application successfully functions in Canada and we plan to introduce it to other markets as well.
